Product categories ranged from world-renowned designer goods, including fine jewelry, accessories, perfume and ready- to-wear, to refined spirits. Some of the brands represented included Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hermès, Chanel, Gucci and Lalique.

Founded in 1985, Five Star has developed more than 20 million square feet of residential, hospitality, retail, office and industrial real estate. Ayoub’s vision for the company has always been to combine the most innovative development practices with technologically advanced systems that are cutting-edge and environmentally sustainable.
